She has a deep passion for understanding how trauma (developmental, complex, and PTSD) influences neurobiology, behavior, and personality, while also exploring the vital connections between nutrition, movement, hormones, and mental well-being.
Tania believes that mental health cannot be treated in isolation; growth happens when we view the whole person, including physical health, lifestyle, and emotional resilience.

Beyond clinical work, Tania provides clinical supervision and professional coaching for mental health professionals.
In her spare time, you’ll find Tania embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood (raising two little ones!), recharging by the beach, practicing yoga and Pilates, or indulging in creativity, reading, and a little retail therapy.
Her mission? To create a space where therapy is holistic, compassionate, and deeply transformative.
Tania's books are currently closed until the end of the year.

Working within a schema-informed, medium- to long-term psychodynamic framework, Heather values the courage it takes to sit with what’s real, untangle long-standing patterns, and create new, meaningful ways of relating to oneself and others.
She aims to meet clients where they are with warmth, humour, and humanity and to walk alongside them as they develop insight, reconnect with their needs, and move toward a more authentic and aligned version of themselves.
Outside the therapy room, Heather enjoys spending time with her partner and two young children, exploring the outdoors on the Central Coast, and unwinding with a good series. She brings this understanding of real, imperfect, everyday life into her practice, offering a space where people can show up exactly as they are.
Heather is in-clinic with us on Thursdays and is available for telehealth referrals.
