Any one is able to see Tania. There are a number of referral pathways depending on your situation and needs.
Tania is able to see clients under the following:
You can make a booking by:
You will receive a confirmation email. In addition you will receive another email with all the details you will need for your appointment. Including:
Costing is set below the recommended schedule of fees set by the Australian Psychological Society (APS). We aim to keep costs low, balancing the sustainability of the therapist and clinic to ensure we are here for you when you need us.
If there are extenuating circumstances please reach out.
* Initial Session - $230
* Regular Session - $220
* ADHD Assessments - $1,100
* Clinical Supervision - $220 - $270 (depending on need).
Fees for Workcover are in line with current costings and are determined based off diagnosis of psychological injury. Fees for NDIS are based on the costing guide and are set at $222.99.
To access a Mental Health Care Plan, all you need to do is book in to see your local GP and chat with them about your current mental health and subsequent support needs. You are able to choose your referral practitioner and can request Raw Psychology Clinic - Tania Attley, if this is your choice.
A GP will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and will ask some basic questions about your mental health and situation.
Some medical centres will then email your referral directly to us! We can then reach out, if this is your preference. Make sure to email through and bring a copy of your referral and MHCP on your first appointment.
To access an EDP, you do need to meet a range of criteria including:
If you don't have a local regular GP, contact the Butterfly Foundation (1800 334 673) who will be able to see which GP's are specialised in supporting clients with ED's.
Once you have an EDP, the plan can be sent directly to us. You are able to contact us first to make an appointment or we can reach out.
Before you are able to book in your initial session, you will need to have a claim approved by the insurer with claim number allocated. We need a copy of approval, with date of injury, claim number and number of approved sessions communicated by the insurer.
This is critical to access prior to booking to ensure you aren't out of pocket for support you are entitled to.
Once you have this, we can book you in and will follow up with the insurer, with your consent, if needed.
Tania is able to see NDIS participants under self managed plans and plan managed funding.
If self-funded you will be required to pay up front on the day of your appointment.
If you are plan managed, we are able to invoice your fund directly. We just kindly ask that when you book, you provide the details of the agency managing the plan (including name, contact, email for invoices and participant number). A copy of the plan is helpful to bring on your first session.
We are able to complete additional support letters etc wherever required.
You are certainly able to use your private health insurance, as long as you aren't utilising a MHCP.
Upon payment of your appointment on the day, you will be provided with an invoice with all required claim details on it. You are then able to claim directly through your insurer.
