Supervision is one of the most powerful spaces for reflective practice and professional growth. It allows us to understand our blind spots and gives us space to be in our bodies and minds. It's not just about the work, it's about you in the work.
Tania's approach to supervising Psychologists is one where you are both at balance, sharing knowledge and practice, whilst giving space to be your most authentic professional self.
Complimentary 15 minute initial consultations are available to ensure we are the right fit.
Tania has worked and supervised counsellors, social workers and case managers throughout her work in NGO's within the family and mental health space.
She adopts a coaching role, focusing on and respecting the knowledge that you hold. It is a space to increase awareness of how your story and experiences influence your work. There is a strong focus on self-care and burnout prevention due to the complexities of the work.
